Israel Confirms Killing of Iran’s Senior Intelligence Chief in Precision Strike

Israel announced Monday the successful elimination of two high-ranking Iranian military officials, marking what defense analysts are calling one of the most significant intelligence operations against Tehran’s command structure in recent memory.

The Israel Defense Forces confirmed that Brigadier General Majid Khademi, intelligence chief of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, and Asghar Bagheri, a Quds Force special operations commander, were both killed in a precision strike early Monday morning.

The operation represents a substantial degradation of Iran’s intelligence capabilities at a critical juncture for the regime. Bagheri’s elimination alongside Khademi compounds the blow to Iran’s military intelligence structure.
