Police in Chandler, Arizona, have recommended felony child abuse charges in the tragic drowning of a 3-year-old boy, the son of a well-known social media personality.
On May 12, authorities responded to a possible drowning at the family home of Emilie Kiser, an internet influencer with a substantial following on popular social media platforms. The child, identified as Trigg Kiser, was found unresponsive in the backyard pool.
Emergency responders initiated CPR at the scene before the boy was rushed to a local hospital. He was subsequently transferred to Phoenix Children’s Hospital in critical condition. Tragically, young Trigg succumbed to his injuries the following day.
The Chandler Police Department has now concluded its investigation and submitted the case to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. They have recommended a felony charge of child abuse against Brady Kiser, the child’s father. It is important to note that the final decision on whether to pursue charges rests with the County Attorney’s Office.
